Processed data

Processed data: The data subject to treatment will be different depending on the sections or services made available to the user and that they make use of, as well as the additional treatments allowed or authorised by them.

a) Data obtained from the user: these are the data provided by the user in the process of completing the forms provided, as well as the subscription to our bulletins, newsletters, campaigns or promotions. These data include identification and contact data, such as name, surname and email address, among others. Each of the forms will indicate which are mandatory and which are optional.

b) Data not obtained from the user: During browsing, data may be provided such as those sent by the browser, the IP address assigned by your internet provider or information about the device being used.


For what purposes do we process the data?

  • Request for information: Providing you with personalised information about the different scheduled courses and their respective modalities, calls for civil service entrance examinations or about any other type of training available in our catalogue.
  • Contact: The email or telephone number provided for contact will be used to provide an effective response to the questions raised. The use of the instant messaging application will not entail processing of the telephone numbers of its holders.
  • Bulletins or newsletters: Email, which must be verified by the user, or other similar data, such as a telephone number, will be used to send the aforementioned newsletters, according to the user’s interests.
  • Promotional/participatory activities: When participating in any of our promotional activities, we will process the data provided based on each specific action in order to regulate and enable access and enjoyment of them. If necessary, the corresponding conditions or legal bases will be published, and if needed more detailed information will be provided on the processing of personal data.
  • Work with us: Received curricular data will be used in current and future selection processes, although the Owner reserves the right to directly eliminate the information provided.
  • Recruitment activities: The Owner, in its capacity as a Private Placement Agency, performs a labour intermediation task, establishing a channel between people in search of a job appropriate to their characteristics and organisations that are looking for potential workers with specific qualifications, putting at their disposal the most appropriate professionals for their requirements and needs.


Storage periods

The storage period will be as follows:

  • Request for information: The necessary data will be kept for the establishment of the necessary communications to provide the requested service.
  • Contact: The data will be deleted once the question raised by the user has been processed and answered.
  • Bulletins or newsletters: The email address will be used as long as consent is not revoked.
  • Promotional/participatory activities: The data will be processed from the moment the user gives their consent until they withdraw it, which may be granted as many times as they wish. In each communication, the user will find a free and accessible procedure to manage it.
  • Work with us: The data will be processed, from the moment it is received, for a period of two years, unless the user sends their cancellation request earlier.
  • Recruitment activities: The information will be kept according to the aforementioned criteria, that is, two years from the time the user requests its inclusion or applies for a certain job. All those positions that have not been addressed will be deleted in compliance with the principle of data quality.


Legitimation of the treatment

According to the treatments of data carried out on the website, we inform below of the bases of legitimacy of each one of them:

  • Consent: It will be duly obtained for the subscription to our newsletters and news, as well as to give a timely response to questions formulated by users. Consent will always be revocable and may be withdrawn at any time. However, if consent is withdrawn, this will not affect the legality of the processing carried out previously.
    The consents obtained for the aforementioned purposes are independent, so one of them may be revoked without affecting the others.
  • Legitimate interest: In accordance with this basis of legitimacy, we will address requests for information to the Grupo Campus company that is in the best position to offer the solution sought by users. In this sense and with the same legal basis, commercial communications may be sent, according to the preferences and interests of the users.
  • Compliance with a legal obligation: All recruitment mediation activities will be reported to the Public Employment Service, in compliance with Royal Decree 1796/2010, of December 30, which regulates placement agencies, as well as Royal Legislative Decree 3/2015, of October 23, approving the consolidated text of the Employment Law.


Recipients and transfers

The business group to which the Data Controller belongs is made up of companies dedicated to the field of training, all of them in very specific segments. Thus, when a user’s query or request falls outside the scope of the training provided by the Data Controller, we will direct the request to the company that manages that specific specialty in order to offer and carry out effective management of the specific demands from users.

To fulfil the rest of the purposes indicated in this Privacy Policy, we may rely on third parties, providers of technological services and providers of services related to customer service and marketing & advertising.

Notwithstanding what is indicated here, the personal information that is provided to third parties will not be disclosed, except when the disclosure is required by current legislation, by court order, or by a competent authority, as well as when essential data must be communicated for logical reasons for the provision of the service, or is expressly requested with the User granting their consent.

International data transfers outside the scope of the European Union are not foreseen.

In compliance with the aforementioned regulations, the Owner, in their capacity as Placement Agency, will register the information provided by the job seeker in the common database of the Single Employment Portal, in a way that enables the dissemination of offers, job demands and existing training opportunities throughout the territory of the country, as well as in the rest of the countries of the European Economic Area, respecting the provisions of Spanish and European regulations on data protection.


Exercising rights

Any person has the right to obtain confirmation about whether or not personal data concerning them is being processed. Interested persons have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

In certain circumstances, the interested parties may request the limitation of the processing of their data or oppose its processing, in which case we will only keep it for the exercise or defence of claims.
